1.切勿(wu)用(yong)(yong)高(gao)于36V電壓(ya)加到(dao)變(bian)送(song)(song)器(qi)(qi)上,導致(zhi)(zhi)變(bian)送(song)(song)器(qi)(qi)損(sun)壞(huai);2.切勿(wu)用(yong)(yong)硬物(wu)碰(peng)觸(chu)(chu)膜(mo)(mo)片(pian),導致(zhi)(zhi)隔離(li)膜(mo)(mo)片(pian)損(sun)壞(huai);3.被(bei)測介質(zhi)不(bu)允許結(jie)冰(bing),否(fou)則將(jiang)損(sun)傷(shang)傳(chuan)感器(qi)(qi)元(yuan)件隔離(li)膜(mo)(mo)片(pian),導致(zhi)(zhi)變(bian)送(song)(song)器(qi)(qi)損(sun)壞(huai),必(bi)要(yao)時需對變(bian)送(song)(song)器(qi)(qi)進行(xing)溫(wen)度保護,以(yi)(yi)防結(jie)冰(bing);4.在測量(liang)蒸汽(qi)或(huo)其他(ta)高(gao)溫(wen)介質(zhi)時,其溫(wen)度不(bu)應(ying)超過(guo)變(bian)送(song)(song)器(qi)(qi)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)時的(de)極(ji)限溫(wen)度,高(gao)于變(bian)送(song)(song)器(qi)(qi)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)的(de)極(ji)限溫(wen)度必(bi)須使(shi)用(yong)(yong)散(san)熱(re)(re)裝(zhuang)置;5.測量(liang)蒸汽(qi)或(huo)其他(ta)高(gao)溫(wen)介質(zhi)時,應(ying)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)散(san)熱(re)(re)管(guan)(guan),使(shi)變(bian)送(song)(song)器(qi)(qi)和管(guan)(guan)道連(lian)在一起,并使(shi)用(yong)(yong)管(guan)(guan)道上的(de)壓(ya)力傳(chuan)至變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)。當被(bei)測介質(zhi)為(wei)水蒸氣時,散(san)熱(re)(re)管(guan)(guan)中要(yao)注(zhu)入適量(liang)的(de)水,以(yi)(yi)防過(guo)熱(re)(re)蒸汽(qi)直接(jie)與(yu)變(bian)送(song)(song)器(qi)(qi)接(jie)觸(chu)(chu),損(sun)壞(huai)傳(chuan)感器(qi)(qi);6.在壓(ya)力傳(chuan)輸(shu)過(guo)程中,應(ying)注(zhu)意以(yi)(yi)下幾點:a.變(bian)送(song)(song)器(qi)(qi)與(yu)散(san)熱(re)(re)管(guan)(guan)連(lian)接(jie)處,切勿(wu)漏氣;b.開(kai)始使(shi)用(yong)(yong)前,如果閥(fa)(fa)門是關閉的(de),則使(shi)用(yong)(yong)時,應(ying)該非常(chang)小心、緩慢地打(da)開(kai)閥(fa)(fa)門,以(yi)(yi)免被(bei)測介質(zhi)直接(jie)沖(chong)擊傳(chuan)感器(qi)(qi)膜(mo)(mo)片(pian),從(cong)而損(sun)壞(huai)傳(chuan)感器(qi)(qi)膜(mo)(mo)片(pian);c.管(guan)(guan)路(lu)中必(bi)須保持暢通,管(guan)(guan)道中的(de)沉積物(wu)會彈出,并損(sun)壞(huai)傳(chuan)感器(qi)(qi)膜(mo)(mo)片(pian)。 |
